A healthcare facility in Flint is seeking a skilled and dependable Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia services. This opportunity offers competitive compensation at $300/hour with a 10-hour daily guarantee, making it an excellent short-term assignment with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures

Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement anesthesia care plans

Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-anesthesia care

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule & Assignment Details

10-hour guaranteed shifts

Flexible scheduling (specific dates to be discussed)

No call (if applicable – adjust as needed)

Start date: As soon as credentialed

Requirements

Active Michigan CRNA license

Board Certified / NBCRNA certification

Active ACLS, BLS (PALS if required by facility)

Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical experience preferred

Clean malpractice and background history
