Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for a locum assignment at a hospital in Southeast Michigan.

Assignment Details
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift Options: 8hr (7a–3p), 10hr (7a–5p), or 12hr (7a–7p)
• Coverage Requirement: Full-time; minimum of 2 weeks per month

Work Details
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Patient Population: Adults

Requirements
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• License: Active Michigan license required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required

Credentialing Timeframe
• 90–120 days
• Must have a clean background with zero malpractice
