This hospital is a Level II Trauma Center operating 25 rooms daily across multiple service lines, including a Main OR, Outpatient Same Day Surgery, IR, EP, MRI, CT, and Cath Lab. The facility maintains organized perioperative workflows under a physician medical direction model, with a daily anesthesia team comprising 10 MDs and 18-22 CRNAs supporting a broad and diverse surgical caseload. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician medical direction model (1:4 ratio) during day shifts within an operating room setting, with shift options of 8, 10, or 12 hours. The facility operates 25 rooms daily spanning the Main OR, Outpatient Same Day Surgery, IR, EP, MRI, CT, and Cath Lab, supported by a daily team of 10 MDs and 18-22 CRNAs. The surgical case mix includes General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, Cardiac, Thoracic, Neuro, NORA, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, CT, IR, Endoscopy, MRI, Cath Lab, EP, and OB procedures. No call coverage is required, and board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
