Schedule: M-F – 6:45am – 7:15pm (12 hours with half hour unpaid break)

Patients per day: we do 15-30 surgeries in a day, and 10-25 endoscopy in a day
Patient Population/Age: all ages
Department Description: Surgical Services and endoscopy. All services except, cardiac, eyes.
EMR: Epic
Hospital Bed size: 90 beds
Skills Required: PALS, ACLS
Requirements:
Board Certification required: yes
License Required: yes
DEA required: no
Certifications Required: PALS, ACLS
Credentialing: 90-120 days (temps available if no background or gaps in work history)
*Provider may be credentialed for multiple Allina locations so that they can pick up shifts at other locations (Cambridge and Buffalo)
Travel Logistics:
Airport name: St. Cloud Regional Airport
Travel Caps -
Flight:
Economy Airfare only; first class and business class will not be reimbursed. Any airfare over $1,000 roundtrip needs prior approval.
Lodging:
Not to exceed $200/night (to include taxes and hotel parking) or up to $4500 total per month, in lodging reimbursements, with receipts.
Rental car/gas:
Standard/Economy rental car is reimbursable. Maximum daily rate is $100 (economy only). Optional coverage will not be reimbursed.
Reasonable gas expense incurred to and from work and airport will be reimbursed. Fill up prior to drop off.
Rental Car will be covered for duration of assignment, except during scheduled or requested time off.

Mileage to get from home to facility, local mileage is excluded
Hotel parking
Baggage Fees - Standard baggage fees are reimbursable. Extra fees for checking golf clubs, snowboards, etc. are not.
Airport parking (economy only) is reimbursed or ride share services to get to/from airport are reimbursed; black car service is not.
