Position Overview
A rural Minnesota hospital is seeking an experienced CRNA for ongoing locum tenens coverage starting ASAP. This is a solo, all-CRNA practice with a predictable weekday schedule, no call, and a scenic outdoor setting.

Assignment Details
Start Date: ASAP (temporary privileges available within 1 week)
Length of Assignment: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:00p
Shift Guarantee: 8 hours/day
Call: None
Weekends: None

Case Mix
General surgery
Orthopedics
Podiatry
ENT (rare)
Occasional sedation cases
Peripheral blocks proficiency required

Average Volume
General cases: 8–9 per day
Ortho cases: 3–4 per day

Practice Environment
Model: Solo CRNA / All-CRNA practice
Patient Population: Primarily adults; rare pediatrics
EMR: Meditech (Epic transition planned)
Support: Independent practice environment

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $225/hr
Travel & Lodging: Mileage and lodging provided

Credentialing:
Temporary privileges in as little as 1 week
Full credentialing ~30 days

Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Active Minnesota license (required)
ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Comfortable with independent practice and peripheral blocks
