Job description

Start: ASAP (≈45 days credentialing)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday + call
Day shift: 7a–3p
Weeknight call: 3p–7a
Weekend: 24-hour call (7a–7a)
Minimum: 2 weeks/month (flexible)
Call response time: within 30 minutes

Setting:
Rural hospital
4 ORs + endoscopy + robotics
Lower daily volume (3–5 cases/day)
Cerner/Oracle EMR

Practice Model:
CRNA-only model (independent practice)

Cases:
Ortho (joints, spine, sports)
General surgery
Plastics
Podiatry
OB (C-sections)
Ophthalmology
Light peds

Procedures:
Spinals / epidurals / CSE
Nerve blocks
General anesthesia
