We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Cambridge, MN.

Practice Details:

• No call
• Ongoing need
• Looking for local providers with open availability for 2 shifts per week
• Supervised Model
• Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p or 7a-5:30p
• Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology

Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• State License: Minnesota (Compact Accepted)
• Willing to License: Yes
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• DEA Required
• Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
