EMR Systems: Meditech, Medaxion

Medical/Surgical Beds: 590

Trauma Center: Level I

ICU Beds: 52 licensed ICU beds; Level III NICU

Anesthetizing Sites Onsite: 17

Pre-Assessment Testing Providers: TBD (NP, PA, or RN employed by hospital)

Off-Site Anesthesia Needs: No; standard Out-of-OR (Cath Lab, GI, OB)

Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 90 days; temporary privileges may be available depending on clinician availability

Anesthesia Practice Details

Supervision: Anesthesiologists will supervise CRNAs (not medical direction)

Direct Care: Generally supervisory role; direct anesthesia care provided for CV cases

CRNA Independence: CRNAs perform operative cases under supervision (not medically directed)

Labor Epidurals: Performed by dedicated OB CRNAs

Types of Cases: General Anesthesia, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Out-of-OR, Trauma, OB, Pediatrics

Ultrasound for Blocks: Available

MD Night Shift Requirement: Not required, but available if needed for OR/OB & Trauma (in-house)

Travel Requirement: Yes
