Job description

Start Date: November – Ongoing

Schedule:

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (same shift)

5-day workweek

Case Types:
Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General, and Peds (1 year and up)

Position Details:

All-CRNA independent practice

Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks

EMR: Epic

Requirements:

ACLS, PALS, DEA & CSR (required)

COVID vaccination or valid exemption per state guidelines
