Assignment Details:
• Start Date: June 2026 – December 2026
• Schedule: 7a-5p
• No call
• All CRNA practice
• Types of cases required: ENDO, OB, GYN, Vascular, PEDs, General, ORTHO, Oral, ENT, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma
• EMR: MedAxion
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days

Requirements:
• NBCRNA
• New Mexico state license required
• Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Caselogs required: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
• DEA and CSR required
