* Start: September/October
* Contract: 26 weeks
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
* No call
* All-CRNA practice
* Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, Vascular, Pediatrics, General, Ortho, Oral Surgery, ENT, Acute Pain, Trauma
* Must be proficient with spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
* Case logs required (epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
* 8 ORs | 7 CRNAs daily
* EMR: MedAxion
* DEA and CSR required
* Credentialing: 30–60 days

**Silver City, NM**

* Start: September/October
* Contract: 26 weeks
* Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
* Call: Every 4th night and every 4th weekend (30-minute response time)
* All-CRNA practice
* Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, Pediatrics, General, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, Acute Pain, Outpatient Surgery
* Must be proficient with spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
* Case logs required
* EMR: MedAxion
* DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required
* Board Certified only (no Board Eligible)
* Temporary privileges available
* Credentialing: 30–60 days

**Espanola, NM**

* Start: September/October
* Contract: 26 weeks
* Schedule: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Call: Every 3rd night (Friday call covers the weekend)
* 30-minute response time
* All-CRNA practice
* Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, General, Ortho, Acute Pain
* Must be proficient with spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
* Case logs required
* 3 ORs | EMR: Epic
* DEA and CSR required
* Board Certified only (no Board Eligible)
* Temporary privileges available
* Credentialing: 30–60 days

**Taos, NM**

* Start: September/October
* Contract: 26 weeks
* Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
* Call: Every 3rd night (20-minute response time)
* All-CRNA practice
* Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, Pediatrics, General, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, Acute Pain, Outpatient Surgery
* Must be proficient with spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
* Case logs required
* 3 ORs | EMR: MedAxion
* DEA and CSR required
* Board Certified only (no Board Eligible)
* Credentialing: 30–60 days
