• Regular Hours: Required
• OT: Rare
• Cases: General, Ortho, OB
• Site Charting System: Paper and Meditech
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 6
• Supervision Model: MDs supervising CRNAs (2 CRNAs to 1 MD)
• MD Practice: MDs doing their own cases
• Licensing: Open to candidates needing to obtain state license
• Cross-Credentialing: Required at 2 sites
• Credentialing: 60 days
