Rate: $225/hr
Local candidates preferred
Mileage reimbursement may be available
Travel & lodging not provided
Schedule: 3 days/week
Monday: 12-hour shift
Wednesday: 24-hour shift
Thursday: 12-hour shift
Schedule may require flexibility

Cases:

General
OB/GYN
Broad case mix
No Cardiac
No Pediatrics

Practice Details:

1:1 or 1:2 anesthesia model
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Active New York CRNA license required
Board Certified — Board Eligible not accepted
New graduates not accepted

Credentialing:

Approximately 60–90 days
Temporary privileges may be possible
