Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide scheduled and on-call coverage across two connected hospital sites in North Carolina. This role offers steady hours, diverse case exposure, and the opportunity to support a high-functioning anesthesia care team within a multi-facility system.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 2, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Standard 40-hour work week
• Shift Options: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts (rotating across sites)
• Primary Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• On-Call Requirements: Required; call coverage based on site rotation

Work Details
• Specialty: CRNA
• Case Mix: General surgery, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN (~1,000 deliveries/year), urology; no cardiac or complex pediatrics, healthy pediatric dental/ENT, ENT, cataracts, ortho (no joint replacements), endoscopy
• Epidural Coverage:
o CRNAs handle daytime epidurals
o Physicians cover epidurals on call nights/weekends (1:7 rotation)
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• License: Active North Carolina RN and CRNA licenses required
• Board Status: CRNA certification required
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS (AHA) required
• Experience: Previous anesthesia experience preferred (no minimum specified)
