Schedule & Coverage
• Coverage Type: Scheduled (on-call optional)
• Start Date: February/March 2026
• Shift Structure:
o Monday–Friday
o 4 × 10-hour day shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
o 40 hours guaranteed per week
o No call

Facility & Department Details
• 5 operating rooms
• Supervision model used 2 days per week
• Medical direction model on remaining days

Case Mix & Skills Required
• Case Types:
o Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, C-Sections
• Procedures:
o No cardiac or neuro cases, No pediatrics, No blocks or epidurals required

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care CRNA experience
• EMR:
o Paper charting
o Meditech for in-house documentation

Credentialing
• Standard timeframe: up to 90 days
• Emergency privileges available for clean backgrounds, allowing start within a few weeks

• Ongoing Assignment
• 40 hours guaranteed
• Mixed Cases: General, Ortho, Gyn, C-Sections
