Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a full-time, one-year assignment at a high-volume hospital setting. This role requires flexibility, floating capability, and consistent weekday availability, with priority given to Monday and Friday coverage.

Schedule & Shifts
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Time: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Shift Structure: 5×8-hour shifts
30-minute unpaid lunch
No consecutive days off permitted
Priority Coverage Days: Mondays and Fridays
Providers must maintain full-time availability and schedule flexibility
Practice Setting
Facility Type: Hospital
Primary Location: Moses Cone (main campus)
Floating Required: Yes (providers must be able to float as needed)
Care Model: Medically directed anesthesia care
Clinical Environment
Case Volume: 60+ cases per day
Patient Population: All ages
Operating Rooms:
20 ORs including: general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma
Non-OR Anesthesia (NORA):
5 locations (IR, EP, Endoscopy, MRI)
EMR: Epic
Equipment: Dräger anesthesia machines; Philips monitoring systems
Clinical Skills
Experience with vascular, neuro, and pediatric cases preferred
Cardiac and lung cases are not required at this location
Requirements
Board Certified CRNA
Active North Carolina CRNA license required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience (No new graduates)
Certifications Required: ACLS and PALS
Ability to float across units and locations
Licensing support available for compact license holders only
Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: 60–90 days
