Start Date: May 4, 2026
Contract Length: 3 months (ongoing potential)
📅 Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours:
Arrival: 6:45 AM
Cases start: 7:00–7:30 AM
Typical end: 2:00–3:30 PM (occasionally later)
Call: None
Nights/Weekends: None
🏥 Practice Setting
Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center / Office-Based
Specialty: Gastroenterology + Non-Surgical Weight Loss
EMR: gGastro (GMED)
🩺 Work Details
Patients per Day: 17–24
Patient Population: ~16–80 years old
Responsibilities Include:
Providing anesthesia for GI procedures
Managing sedation and general anesthesia
Supporting fast-paced ASC workflow
🔧 Procedures & Skills
EGD
Colonoscopy
Non-surgical weight loss procedures (including gastric sleeves)
Required Skills:
GI sedation
General anesthesia
Preferred:
GI or ambulatory anesthesia experience
Office-based or ASC experience
👥 Team Environment
Collaborative physician model
2–3 RNs + LPN support
1–2 MAs assisting in procedure rooms

Certification: NBCRNA required
License: Active North Carolina license required
