8-hour shifts only

Practice Model:
Supervised (5:1 ratio)
No MD solo cases

Setting:
ASC environment
Paper charting

Cases:
General, Neuro, GYN, ENT
Plastics, Podiatry, Urology
Some PEDS-ENT

What stands out:
Consistent 8-hour days
Outpatient setting = predictable flow
Broad but manageable case mix
Licensing available
