Position Overview

• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Clinical Environment:
o Level I Trauma with high acuity patient population
o Adult patients only (no OB or pediatrics)
o Exposure across GI, Cardiac, Radiation Oncology, MRI, Burn Unit, and Neuro services
o Facility size approximately 989 beds
• Coverage Need: 1 full time CRNA
• Support Staff: Anesthesiologists and CRNAs onsite
• Experience Requirement:
o Must be able to practice in a Level I trauma environment

Schedule and Coverage
• Shift Structure: Mostly 10 hour shifts
• Schedule Flexibility:
o Must be able to work any day of the week as needed
• Time Off Restrictions:
o No RTO allowed in June or July
o No more than one Friday off per month
• Monthly Coverage: Full time commitment
• Patient Population: All ages

Provider Requirements
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• Licensure:
o North Carolina license required
o Willing to license IMLC only
• Experience:
o Prior Level I trauma experience required
• Certifications Preferred:
o Certified by AANA
• References:
o Two references required
o If not provided at submission, must be submitted immediately after interview
o Offer will not be made without reference checks
