Job description

Practice Setting: Hospital – All CRNA Practice

Start Date / Schedule:
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, starting November 23
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night & weekend coverage while on rotation; mostly OB call, 20-minute response time)

Credentialing / Licensure:
Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days
Must have active, unrestricted license
DEA/CSR required

Case Types:
Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Trauma, Neonatal
Case logs required: spinals, blocks, epidurals

Facilities / Staffing:
1 CRNA provider per day
2 ORs
EMR: Meditech / paper charting
Sleep room provided if needed

Requirements:
Comfortable providing OB and general anesthesia
Must be able to respond quickly for on-call cases
