Job description

- Number of ORs/day - 2
- Staffing Model – CRNA Only
- CRNA – What is the degree of autonomy? autonomous
- Case Types – Eye Center -- cataract and ocuplastic and a very very rare retina case
- Timeline for Decision Making - 1 week
- Credentialing Timeframe - 45 days
- Shifts - 8 hrs (could possibly run longer)
- No weekends / No call
