Job description

A facility in Western, OH is seeking an experienced CRNA for long-term coverage beginning Fall, 2026. This is an all-CRNA practice with required call responsibilities and a strong regional anesthesia component.

Position Overview
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: Every 3rd night
Every 3rd weekend
OR call only (no OB call)

Practice Setting:
-Independent CRNA practice model
-3 providers during the day
- EMR: Epic

Case Mix: Endoscopy, Podiatry, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology
Regional anesthesia proficiency required: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals

Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- Must provide case logs for spinals, blocks, epidurals
- Active, unrestricted license preferred
- Temporary privileges available with clear background and malpractice history
