Setting: Hospital-based, Independent CRNA Model
Case Volume: ~3,800 annually
Case Mix
High volume specialties: Endo, Ortho (including joints & spines), Peds Dental, OB
OB volume: 415 deliveries/year | 160 C-sections | No VBACs
Additional cases: General Surgery, Urology, Pain Management, GYN, ENT, Podiatry
Anticipated growth in OB and general surgery volumes
Schedule & Call
Coverage Need: 4 CRNAs Monday–Friday
Call: Every 4th night & 5th weekend rotation (more open during start-up phase)
Model: Independent CRNA Practice (no anesthesiologist supervision)
Skills Required
Proficient in blocks, epidurals, and spinals
Comfortable working independently across a diverse case mix
