Job description

Start Date: April 2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm plus call 7am-7am
EMR: EPIC
Special procedures: GI, General, ortho, Uro, OB,

Active Oklahoma License
Board Certified
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
