The CRNA will provide comprehensive autonomous anesthesia care exclusively for spine surgical procedures during structured Monday through Friday day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The clinician will conduct thorough pre-operative patient assessments, manage intraoperative anesthesia delivery with specialized focus on spine cases, and coordinate post-operative recovery protocols. Call coverage is required after 5:00 PM with light callback frequency in a negotiable schedule arrangement. Board certification in nurse anesthesia and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements for this autonomous practice position that emphasizes specialized spine anesthesia expertise.
