📞 Call: 1 weekday per week + 1 weekend per month (must be proficient in OB for call)
Position Overview:
A critical access hospital in Oregon is seeking a CRNA to provide coverage starting in September due to a provider leaving the group. The role offers an autonomous work environment in a collaborative team with a flexible weekly schedule and a wide variety of cases.

✅ Diverse Case Mix with No Heads, Hearts, or Spine – Focus on bread-and-butter anesthesia, OB, endoscopy, and more
✅ Work-Life Balance – 4-day workweek with minimal call (1 weekday + 1 weekend per month)
Practice Details:
Setting: Critical Access Hospital
Facilities: 3 ORs, Cysto room, and Endoscopy suite
Team: 1 MD, 4 autonomous CRNAs
EMR: Epic
Patient Population: Adult and healthy pediatric cases
Case Types: Ortho, general, ENT, urology, OB/GYN, podiatry, endoscopy
No: Cardiac, neuro, or complex spine
Skills Required:
Spinals, Epidurals, OB, Endoscopy
Peripheral nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures
PICC line preferred, not required
Requirements:
Active Oregon CRNA license
Board Certification required
DEA preferred
COVID-19 vaccine required (or approved exemption)
New grads accepted
