CRNA Opportunity – Oregon License Required | Critical Access Hospital

Job description

A Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA. This is an autonomous practice with a supportive team environment and a diverse case mix, covering travel expenses and providing lodging.

Schedule:
4 days per week
10-hour shifts

Call:
Potentially 1 weekday call per week
Approximately 1 weekend call per month
Must be proficient in OB if taking call

Practice Setting:
Critical Access Hospital
3 ORs + Cystoscopy Room + Endoscopy Suite
1 MD and 4 CRNAs (CRNAs practice autonomously)
Anesthesia typically covers 2–4 rooms per day
Average daily case volume: 5–20 cases (including endoscopy and cataracts)
EMR: Epic

Case Mix:
Orthopedics
General surgery
Podiatry
ENT
Healthy pediatrics
Urology
OB/GYN
Occasional endoscopy
No heads, hearts, or spine cases

Required Skills & Procedures:
Spinals
Epidurals
OB anesthesia
Peripheral nerve blocks
Ultrasound-guided procedures
Endoscopy
PICC line experience preferred (not required)

Requirements:
Active Oregon CRNA license required
Board Certification required
DEA preferred
COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved exemption)
New graduates welcome
