We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Tillamook, OR

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: August 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 7a-3p/Call hours: 3p-7a
• Call Scheduled: Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend
• Practice Setting: All CRNA Practice
• General, ORTHO, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Mgmt, OB/GYN, ENT, Endo
• EMR System: Cerner
• Credentialing: 90-120 days
• Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered

Requirements:
• License: Active Oregon License required
• Spinals, blocks, epidurals
• Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
