Job Description:
Enjoy a highly autonomous CRNA role covering two nearby inpatient and outpatient sites in Pennsylvania, each with 6 operating rooms and 10–60 daily cases. You’ll provide anesthesia primarily for orthopedic surgeries along with podiatry, gynecology, GI, ENT, and plastics procedures. Occasional pediatric cases (age 8+) may occur, but no required regional or block anesthesia.

This assignment operates under a medical direction model (1:4 ratio) with 2–3 anesthesiologists onsite. There’s no site rotation on the same day, allowing for a consistent workflow.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday only, no call or weekend requirements

Option to select 4 days of 10-hour shifts or 5 days of 8-hour shifts

Preferred 3–4 weeks per month commitment, but flexible to accommodate local CRNAs for fewer days

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania CRNA license

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Travel & Accommodations:

Lodging and mileage reimbursed

One round-trip flight per month offered for non-local providers
