Anesthesiologist – Cardiovascular Care (13 week contract)

Start Date: ASAP
Shift- 2-3 days a month, 12-5p
Charting: Paper charting
NO CALL

Case Types
Cardiovascular care
Vascular cases requiring nerve blocks

Key Responsibilities
Assist in directing and coordinating activities within the Anesthesia Department
Provide full medical management for patients undergoing anesthesia
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments
Obtain and/or verify informed patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options, plans, and risks with patients
Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitor patients’ physiological status throughout procedures
Perform clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient safety

Requirements
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
ECFMG and FLEX (if applicable)
Completion of an approved Anesthesiology residency
Active physician license
Ability to perform nerve blocks for vascular patients
No special certifications required

• PA license provided if needed
• 13 week contract
• 2-3 days per month needed
