Start Date: April 13, 2026
End Date: October 9, 2026 (potential ongoing)
Openings: 5 CRNAs
Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Centers (5 locations)
Anesthesia Model: Medical Direction (3:1 supervision ratio target)
No solo practice

Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
8-hour shifts only
Minimum 2 weeks per month required
No call
No nights
No weekends

Compensation
$230/hr + Travel & Lodging
Travel covered for providers outside a 40-mile radius
(Mileage, Airfare, Lodging, Rental Car, Fuel, Parking)

Ophthalmology / Retina
Orthopedics
Podiatry
Plastics
Rectal
ENT
Dental
Urology
No cardiac
No trauma

Pediatrics: ~25% healthy peds
First case wheels in at 7:23 AM
Average ASC day with 17–22 minute turnovers
Volume typically tapers after 1 PM (some sites may run later)
CRNAs may perform spinals and blocks if competency is proven and privileges granted. Epidurals and peripheral nerve blocks are not required.

Requirements
Board Certified CRNA
Minimum 2 years experience
Active Pennsylvania license required to apply
IMLC candidates considered
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Must be available for 8-hour shifts only

Credentialing
Approximately 60 days
