We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time contract at an outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center starting May 1, 2026. This float pool position offers a predictable weekday schedule, a diverse mix of surgical cases, and the opportunity to work under 1:3 medical direction.


About the Facility

The assignment is within a WellSpan Health outpatient surgery center in Pennsylvania, featuring 4 operating rooms. The facility provides care for adolescents and adults across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, dental, and general surgery. CRNAs will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on efficiency and high-quality patient care.


Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $250/hour
• Full-time, 40 hr/week
• Travel/lodging may be considered for non-local candidates


Job Responsibilities:

• Administer general and regional anesthesia in an outpatient setting
• Independently manage cases from pre-op through PACU
• Handle a diverse case mix including Ortho, Gyn, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental, and General surgery
• Work under 1:3 medical direction
• Document all care using Epic EMR
•Qualifications
•Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license (must already hold)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience in ambulatory surgery or outpatient cases preferred
• Working Hours
• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid lunch
• No call requirements

• General and regional anesthesia administration
• Advanced airway management
• Pre-op and post-anesthesia assessment
• Ability to manage multiple surgical specialties
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient surgery center
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
