📅 Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Options:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour)
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour)
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour)
EMR: Epic
Model: Mix of supervised and independent practice
🩺 Work Details
Patient Population: Ages 2+
🧠 Clinical Scope & Skills
General anesthesia administration
Regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals)
Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
Airway management (difficult airway, intubation, LMA)
Ventilator management
IV sedation and medication titration
Advanced Skills Required:
OB spinals + C-section coverage
Managing anesthesia complications (e.g., malignant hyperthermia, hypotension)
Rapid intraoperative decision-making
Hemodynamic monitoring
👥 Ideal Candidate
Comfortable in both independent and supervised GI models
Able to adapt quickly to facility protocols
Strong critical thinking in high-acuity situations
⏱️ Credentialing
Timeline: ~60 days
