Critical Care Physician – 7 On / 7 Off Schedule

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Physician to join our hospital team and provide high‑quality care within our 20‑bed Critical Care Department (18 beds typically in use). This role offers a balanced 7 on / 7 off schedule, covering two weeks per month, with patient volume varying based on census. You’ll work alongside strong APP support and utilize EPIC as our EMR. The ideal candidate is confident in core critical care procedures and comfortable caring for an adult patient population (no pediatrics). This is an opportunity to practice in a 250‑bed hospital environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes.

• Consistent 7 on / 7 off block schedule with 7am–7pm shifts
