First date of coverage needed: ASAP - As soon as credentialed.

Ongoing coverage needed

Hours: Monday - Friday. Cases start 7a

Call required

Supervision: MD and CRNA Practice

Case Types: Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, / General, Endoscopy, Orthopedics (Some spines), OB, Urology, Gynecology, Podiatry, and Cardiac cath lab and TEE. – Spinal Blocks and Epidurals must be proficient and have proof.

Certifications: ACLS (Must be through the AHA), BLS and PALS

Skills Required: must be proficient in blocks, spinals and epidurals 

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license).
