• Start: ASAP after credentialing • Contract: 6 months • Schedule: 4x10's M-F- Must be able to work Monday and Fridays. Candidates must be Flexible. Full Time hours only • Case mix: Our Lady of Fatima: Peds, general, ortho, bariatrics, dental, spinal • Credentialing: Can take only a few days • Requirements: CRNA Certification; Rhode Island license
