Medical direction model
Bread & butter cases (no hearts, neuro, or OB)
Patient volume: 15–30/day
Ages: Pediatrics (age 6+) to adults
Hospital size: 283 beds
Must be comfortable with pediatric patients
📝 Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA
Will license!
Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
Minimum 2 years of experience
Clean malpractice history
🕐 Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (with SC license)
