CRNA Opportunity – Columbia/Orangeburg, SC Region
Up to $257/hr | Level III Trauma | OB + Vascular Required

We’re looking for 1–2 experienced CRNAs for an ongoing need near Columbia, SC (just 30 min away). Great long-term fit with minimal call and strong team support.

Schedule:

Mix of 8s, 10s, 12s

Call from home (30-min response time)

1 weekday per week + 1:7 weekend call

3 weeks/month minimum

No OT

Case Types:

General, ortho, urology, OB, healthy peds, dialysis access, vascular, endo

Must be comfortable with OB and vascular

Will perform USGRA, SAB, LE, central lines

Teaching site with SRNAs

Details:

Medically supervised model

Cross-credential at 3 nearby locations

Epic EMR required

Active SC license preferred (temps possible)

90-day credentialing

Will consider licensing new providers

Orientation $250 flat rate

Must live 60+ miles from site (verified via DL)

Rate Options:

$257/hr all-inclusive

OR $242/hr + travel/lodging reimbursed
