Job description

Schedule / Coverage Details:
• Choose between 4×10s (7a–5p) or 5×8s (7a–3p)
• Home call required – approximately once every 2 weeks
• Typical call coverage:
– Weekdays: 3–5p to 7a
– Weekends: 24-hour call
• Call-back response time: 30–45 minutes
• Post-call days are almost always off, and post-call providers are first out
• Rotating schedule – all CRNAs share the same matrix and responsibilities
• Need is to fill a standing slot within the existing rotation

Work Details:
• Support: 1 anesthesia tech
• Department size: 8
• Average monthly volume: ~200 patients
• Age range: 15–100
• EMR: Epic
• Case mix: Bread & butter – General, OBGYN, ENT, Ortho
• Equipment: Standard anesthesia equipment

Requirements:
• NBCRNA Certified
• South Carolina license (Willing to License)
• BLS & ACLS
• CSR & DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience
• Vaccination required
• Skills: General anesthesia proficiency

Credentialing:
• Standard credentialing process
