Job description

• Schedule: 4x 10-hour shifts per week, 7am–5pm; home call once per week
• Procedure Type: Bread and butter CRNA cases
• Requirements: BLS, ACLS, CEA, CSR; Flu vaccine; 1 year minimum experience
• EMR/Charting: Epic required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
