Welcome to West Columbia, SC during the most beautiful season...April start for a 3-6 month CRNA contract.
(50 mile radius rule, no local candidates)
Shift Details: 36 or 40 hour work week (*Will ONLY consider candidates that can work every week, no part timers. )
Schedule: Will consider 5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s - MUST be available to work 4 weeks per month.

Must be flexible and willing to rotate to one of the ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). There are three located in close proximity to the main West Columbia campus. Expect to travel to the surgery center up to 1 time a week.

Work Details:
• Support staff: Anesthesia techs
• Patients per day: Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc.
• Patient population/age: 18 – Geriatric. Very limited pediatric cases but travelers is not included in pediatric cases
• Department description: Large department of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases
• EMR: Epic ( Highly Preferred)
• Special Equipment: Have Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps. Utilize Draeger anesthesia machines.
• Skills required: No regional or block skills needed
Practice Setting:
• Hospital – Medical Center
• Surgery Center

Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days

Willing To License?: Yes - if they have a compact license

• Will consider 5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s
• Ability to float between main hospital and surgery centers
• No regional or block skills needed
