Location: West Columbia, South Carolina
Contract Length: 6 Months Ongoing Assignment

Position Overview
• Setting: Hospital – Medical Center (Labor & Delivery/OB)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Work Week: 40 hours per week
• Availability Requirement: Must be able to work every week,4 weeks per month. No part-time availability will be considered.

Practice Details
• Exclusive coverage in OB/L&D
• Medical direction model
• Spinals are not performed by the CRNA
• May top off epidurals en route to the C-section room
• Emergent cases are infrequent but possible, with most being urgent rather than true stat cases

Requirements
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active South Carolina license or Compact license (facility is willing to license providers with a compact license)
• Active DEA
• Minimum 1 year of experience required

Credentialing
• Estimated timeframe: 60–90 days

• Case: OB/L&D only
• 40 hours per week
• IMLC license/Active SC license
