Start Date: 5/18/2026
Schedule: 4 Days, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Will consider 5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s - MUST be available to work 4 weeks per month.
Cases: providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases.
Will license
Credentialing timeframe: 60 – 90 days
