• Start Date: As Soon As Possible
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Details: Scheduled Shifts + On Call Required
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Volume: ~200
• Patient Age: 15–100
• Cases: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Ortho
• EMR: Epic
• Must be Board Certified
• BLS & ACLS Required
• DEA & CSR Required
• Active SC License Required
