3x12-hour shifts
4x10-hour shifts
5x8-hour shifts

Setting:
Hospital-based float pool supporting main OR and ambulatory surgery centers
Level III Trauma Center
Epic EMR

Practice Model:
Medical Direction Care Team Model

Coverage Areas:
Providers will rotate between:

Main hospital
Ambulatory surgery centers (up to 1x/week, occasionally 2x/week)

Cases:
General surgery
Gynecology
Orthopedics
Urology
Vascular
IR
Cath Lab
EP
MRI
Endoscopy
OB

Patient Population:
Adults through geriatrics
