Job description

- Full-time consistent 40hrs per week
- Level 3 Trauma Facility
- 3 POS Daily
- Care Team Model; 1MD:5CRNA (Very Autonomous for CRNAs)
- Cases: Cataracts, General, Lappies, GI, OB, Minor GYN, Ortho, Some Dental Peds
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
