• Start: ASAP after credentialing • Contract: Through 12/31/26 • Schedule: Mon-Fri 5x8 • Case mix: General and OB, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines • EMR: Paper anesthesia Records, Meditech for EMR • Credentialing: ~60 (will request emergency privs) – CLEAN FILES ONLY • Requirements: ACLS, BLS; Texas license; Prefer 2 years experience + clean file
