Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens
Location: Saint Albans, VT
Duration: 26 weeks
Schedule:
Standard schedule
5×8‑hour day shifts
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional late room: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Coverage needed on specific rotating dates:
Feb: 9–13; 23–27
Mar: 2–13; 16–20; 30–Apr 10
Apr: 20–24; 27–May 1
May: 4–8; 11–15; 26–29
Jun: 8–12; 15–26; 29–Jul 3
Jul: 6–10; 20–24; 27–31
Aug: 3–14; 17–21; 24–28; 31–Sept 4
Sept: 21–25; 28–Oct 2
Oct: 5–9; 12–16; 19–23
Nov: 23–27
Dec: 7–11; 14–18; 28–31

On-Call Requirements:
Home call approximately once per week
Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
30‑minute call‑back response time
Post‑call days typically off
Call rotates evenly within the provider matrix

Board Certification Required: Yes (NBCRNA)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
EMR: Medaxion
Support Staff:
Daily model: 3 CRNAs + 2 MDs
60% medical supervision
5 anesthesia providers scheduled daily
5 ORs
~380 deliveries/year (C‑sections and VBACs)

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (active VT license required before starting)

Spinals, epidurals, blocks (proficiency required)
