Contract Length: 3 months (locum to perm opportunity)

Schedule: Full-time (open to part-time)
Shift Options: 8, 10, or 11-hour shifts
Coverage Type: Ongoing

Setting: Critical Access Hospital
ORs: 4
EMR: CPSI / Evident
Model: All CRNA, independent practice
🩺 Work Details
Responsibilities Include:
Managing cases independently from pre-op through PACU
Providing anesthesia across a variety of cases
Supporting stabilization and transfer when needed
🧠 Clinical Scope & Skills
General anesthesia
Regional anesthesia
Labor analgesia
Emergency intubation
ICU-level stabilization for transfer
Ultrasound-guided regional blocks
⭐ Ideal Candidate
Comfortable in independent CRNA practice model
Strong procedural skills (especially regional + ultrasound-guided blocks)
Adaptable to rural/critical access environment
✅ Requirements
Certification: NBCRNA required
License: Vermont license preferred (in hand)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Certifications (Preferred): BLS, ACLS, PALS
