We are actively recruiting experienced CRNAs for a dynamic and high-volume healthcare system in Virginia, covering Mary Washington Hospital, Stafford Hospital, and MW Ambulatory Center. This is a fantastic opportunity for providers seeking diverse cases, full-time schedules, and a team-oriented environment.
🔹 Highlights:
Full-Time Required: 4x10s (floating schedule) | Must be flexible | Schedule released 8 weeks in advance
Diverse Case Mix: OB, thoracic, ortho, vascular, GI, ENT, healthy peds dental/ENT, and more — no transplants
Great Pay + Extras: OT after scheduled shift, weekend/overnight call stipends ($400–$500), travel reimbursed (some flight restrictions)
💼 Position Details:
Supervision: 4:1 medical direction model
Trauma Level: Must have Level II trauma experience
Locations: Float between 3 sites — Mary Washington, Stafford Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center
Blocks: CRNAs perform spinals, epidurals; blocks are not guaranteed
Call Coverage: Optional beeper call (nights/weekends) — $500/night or $400/weekend
Holiday: One holiday shift required (Sign up or sign in for contact informationx hourly)
Schedule Requests: Up to 3 requests per 8-week schedule (not guaranteed)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of independent CRNA experience required
Credentialing: 90–120 days
Contract Length: 6–12 months preferred
📍 Travel Reimbursement:
Billable for full-time providers; one round-trip flight covered per assignment if full-time (other flight costs must be margined into rate).
